Description

The PADI Open Water eLearning Course is a comprehensive online program developed by the world-renowned Professional Association of Diving Instructors. Designed for beginners who want to progress at their own pace, this course offers a hands-on approach to learning. The program is designed to provide students with the essential knowledge and skills they will need to become confident and capable scuba divers. There are three main phases to the PADI Open Water Course which include knowledge development, confined water training and open water diving.

Knowledge Development:

Taking advantage of the online eLearning platform the theoretical phase takes place online. Here, you’ll delve into the fundamental principles and concepts of scuba diving through interactive lessons, videos, quizzes and knowledge reviews. This will ensure a comprehensive understanding of the material.

Pool Training:

After successfully completing the knowledge development phase, you’ll proceed to the confined water training which takes place in an indoor heated pool. Under the expert guidance of a certified PADI-certified instructor, you’ll practice and refine fundamental scuba diving skills during these confined water sessions.

Open Water Training:

After mastering the confined water training and essential skills, you’ll progress to the thrilling open water dives. These dives offer real-world scenarios where you’ll apply your learning. The PADI Open Water Diver Course requires a minimum of four open water dives where you will explore underwater environments, practice advanced skills and marvel at marine life.

Guided by your PADI-certified instructor, you’ll navigate, ascend, descend and interact with the aquatic ecosystem. The open water dives provide the exhilarating experience of being a certified scuba diver and the chance to apply your skills in authentic conditions.
