aquaflex-vest-2mm
Aquaflex Vest 2mm

Description

The core gets cold long before the arms and legs do, and a diver who is warm in a 3 mm suit in September is often not in May. A neoprene vest is the cheapest way to extend a suit's season, adding 2 mm over the torso where it does the most good without the bulk and buoyancy of moving up a full suit thickness. Worn under a wetsuit it also cuts the water exchange at the neck, which is where a lot of the cold enters. This is the Aqua Lung Aquaflex vest in 2 mm, made in a men's and a women's cut. That answers a shoulder season, a diver who feels the cold more than their buddies, and a deep dive where the thermocline is colder than the surface suggests. It suits a diver adding core warmth without buying a thicker suit.

Features

Thickness: 2 mm neoprene

Worn under a wetsuit to add core warmth

Reduces water exchange at the neck

Adds warmth without the bulk and buoyancy of a thicker full suit

Sizes: men's S to XL and women's 8 to 14

What's Included

Aquaflex 2 mm vest in the size selected
