Bostik Simson Cleaner I is a fast-drying cleaner and degreaser for contaminated surfaces, intended for non-porous substrates before Bostik adhesives and sealants are applied. It is used on metals and particularly on ceramic-coated and glass surfaces. The surface is rubbed firmly with a dye-free cloth soaked in the cleaner, and badly contaminated areas are cleaned a second time with a fresh cloth. The cleaner should then dry for five minutes at 20 degrees C and 50 percent humidity before bonding. A test on a small area is advised first, to confirm the surface will not be damaged. Unopened, it keeps for at least 12 months when stored dry between 5 and 30 degrees C. It suits boat builders, workshops and trades preparing surfaces for bonding.

Features

Type: cleaner and degreaser

Pack size: 2.5 L

Drying: fast; allow 5 minutes before bonding (20 degrees C, 50 percent RH)

Surfaces: non-porous, including metals, ceramic-coated and glass

Application: rub with a dye-free cloth; repeat with a clean cloth if heavily soiled

Shelf life: at least 12 months unopened, stored dry at 5 to 30 degrees C

What's Included

One 2.5 L container of Bostik Simson Cleaner I

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0934/1730/8473/files/bostik-simson-cleaner-i-degreaser-2-5l-can.jpg?v=1794040710
