For a winter weekend at an inland quarry it works on its own, or with the matching hooded vest pulled over it for a second layer across the chest and back. On a liveaboard week along a cooler coastline it pairs with a hood and gloves for four or five dives a day. Kevlar patches on the shoulders and knees take the wear from kneeling on rock and shouldering cylinders, and the YKK zips run inside protective sheaths.
