The Shearwater Perdix 2 Ti is a full-size, expedition-grade dive computer built for open circuit and closed-circuit rebreather diving, with trimix capability for advanced technical profiles. It carries an armoured casing with a titanium surround bezel in its natural silver finish, paired with titanium piezo touch buttons on both sides. Depth rating extends to 260m, with a crush pressure rating at the same depth and a sensor calibrated to 130m, designed to continue operating beyond 300m in the event of a depth exceedance.

The computer runs a 2.2-inch LCD display with LED backlight at 320 x 240 resolution, shielded by an aluminosilicate glass lens for impact and scratch resistance. Menus are organised for two-button operation across five open circuit and five closed-circuit gases, with dive planning run on the Bühlmann GF algorithm and optional VPM-B and DCIEM models available. Power comes from a single user-replaceable AA battery, rated for up to 100 hours of dive time depending on battery chemistry, in place of a proprietary rechargeable cell. A customisable vibration alert system flags warnings and dive events, though full vibration function requires a 1.5V non-rechargeable lithium or 3.7V lithium rechargeable battery rather than standard alkaline. Dive log capacity runs to approximately 1,000 hours.

Air integration supports up to four Shearwater Swift transmitters, sold separately, displaying gas pressure across multiple cylinders for staged decompression or multi-tank configurations. The unit includes a 3-axis, tilt-compensated digital compass, Bluetooth connectivity for syncing dive logs through the Shearwater Cloud app, and firmware that can be updated over time. It's positioned for divers already working in, or progressing into, demanding technical diving, rather than as a first recreational computer.
