Does my scuba diving certification expire?
No, your PADI certification does not expire. Once you’re certified, you’re certified for life! However, if you’ve been out of the water for a while, it’s highly recommended to take a Refresher Course to brush up on your skills and ensure you're dive-ready. Safety is key, and we’re here to help you stay confident underwater!
Do I need to be able to swim to take the PADI Open Water Course?
Yes, swimming is a part of the PADI Open Water course, but don’t worry, you don’t need to be an expert swimmer! The course requires you to swim 200 meters (or 300 meters with a mask, fins and snorkel) and float for 10 minutes. These skills ensure you’re comfortable in the water. If you’re a bit nervous about swimming, let us know and we’ll help you feel ready to dive in!
What is the minimum age to start learning to scuba dive with you?
The minimum age to begin our scuba diving courses is 10 years old.
Can I still dive if I have asthma, have had surgery, take prescription medication, or have a condition like diabetes, heart problems or high blood pressure?
Yes, you may still be able to dive, but you’ll need to get medical clearance from a doctor first. If you answer “Yes” to any relevant questions on the Diver Medical Participant Questionnaire including conditions like asthma, recent surgery, prescription medication use, diabetes, heart issues or high/low blood pressure you are required to take the completed form (all three pages, including the Physician’s Evaluation Form) to your doctor. A licensed physician must review your medical history and sign the form to confirm you are medically fit to dive. This must be done before you begin any in-water training. This process ensures your safety and the safety of others during dive activities.
Do I need to purchase my own scuba equipment for the training?
No, we provide all the necessary scuba equipment for your training in our courses.
Is the scuba diving certification I receive internationally recognised?
Yes, upon successful completion of our PADI Open Water Diver course, you will receive an internationally recognised scuba diving qualification.

What are your shipping costs within South Africa?
We offer a flat rate of R150 for all orders under R1000. Shipping is FREE for all orders of R1000 or more within South Africa.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For major cities in South Africa, we aim for delivery within 2-3 business days after your order is processed and shipped. Outlying areas may take slightly longer.
What is your return policy?
If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier's website where you can follow its progress.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) securely through PayFast and Yoco. For added flexibility, you can also choose to pay with Mobicred for easy instalments, or via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Select your preferred payment method at checkout!
Can I change my order after it's been placed?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
What if an item I ordered is out of stock?
We do our best to keep our inventory accurate, but in the rare event an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible with options for a refund, exchange, or backorder.

We currently do not sell refurbished or used scuba gear. Our focus is on providing high-quality, brand-new equipment with full manufacturer warranties for your safety and peace of mind.

Yes, we do! To make it easier, we offer flexible payment options.
