Stealth 2.0 Slideable D-Ring Kit
XDEEP in South Africa
XDEEP builds backplate and wing systems, and Scuba Evolution is an authorised XDEEP dealer. Each complete set is chosen by plate, trim and size, so wings and sets are Special Order and are ordered in once the configuration is settled. Harnesses, backplates, weight pockets and spares are listed separately for divers changing one part of a rig.
Choosing a set
Lift is the first decision. The Zeos 28 gives 13 kg, enough for a single cylinder and a recreational suit, and the Zen's 19 kg donut wing covers most single-cylinder diving. The Ghost cuts weight for travel, at 2.2 kg complete in Standard trim. The Project carries a twinset with 23 kg of lift and a one-piece harness, and the Hydros DIR set sits alongside it. For sidemount, the Stealth 2.0 comes with Rec, Classic or Tec wings and a central dump valve, and RB in a Stealth name means a redundant bladder. Browse wing BCDs and sidemount BCDs.
Fitting and parts
Harness fit and plate choice decide how a wing trims, so it pays to set a rig up in the shop before a trip. DIR, NX and TEC harnesses, backplates and weight pockets are under technical backplates and harnesses.
