XDEEP Zeos 28 Set

Description

Most divers are sold more lift than they will ever use, and a wing that is too big is not neutral about it: the excess fabric sits in the water as drag and folds in places where gas can trap. Thirteen kilograms is enough for a single aluminium or steel cylinder with a recreational exposure suit, which is exactly what the Zeos 28 is sized for, and the wing itself weighs 0.95 kg dry. The bladder is a toroidal double shell, 1100 dTEX Cordura over 440 dTEX nylon, so a scrape on a wreck marks the outer without ending the dive. A complete set runs 3 kg on aluminium or 4.8 kg on stainless in Standard trim, on 11 inch hole spacing, with a universal-size one-piece harness and a wide adjustment range. Droppable pockets take 2, 3 or 6 kg a side. It suits a diver building a first backplate rig.
