XDEEP Corrugated Hose

Description

Corrugated hose is the part of a wing that perishes first, because it flexes on every dive and lives in sunlight between them. Splits usually start inside a fold and stay invisible until the wing stops holding gas. Replacing one is a straightforward job rather than a reason to retire a bladder. This hose has standard K-type fittings at both ends, so it goes between a K-type inflator head and the bladder with no adapters, and it comes in 13, 16 and 19 inch lengths. The length matters more than it looks: too long and the hose loops out to snag, too short and it pulls the inflator down out of reach once the wing is full. It is sold as the hose alone, with the inflator head as the other half of the assembly. It suits a diver servicing a wing rather than replacing it.
