If it’s been a while since your last dive and you’re feeling a little out of practice, our Scuba Refresher is the perfect way to rebuild your comfort and confidence underwater.
This instructor-led, pool-based session is designed for certified divers who want to revisit core scuba skills before heading back into open water. Whether it’s been six months or several years, we’ll help you ease back into diving with personalised, hands-on training.

Held in our indoor heated pool, you’ll work through the essential skills you once mastered — from mask clearing and regulator recovery to buoyancy control, gear setup and emergency procedures. Your instructor will adapt the session to your experience level and comfort, making sure you leave feeling relaxed and dive-ready.

This refresher is ideal for divers who just want time in the water to get reacquainted with their gear and skills.

What You Can Do With This Refresher

Once complete, you’ll be ready to join dive trips, fun dives or even continue your training. While it doesn’t include a new certification card like the PADI ReActivate, this refresher is accepted by dive operators as proof that you’ve recently been back in the water.

• Must be a certified diver
• Recommended if you haven’t dived in 6 months or more
• Fit and healthy for diving

What It Entails

This refresher includes a single, pool-based session led by a qualified instructor, where you'll revisit key scuba skills such as buoyancy control, gear handling, safety checks, and emergency procedures. The training is focused, hands-on and conducted in a safe, relaxed environment to help you regain confidence in the water.

Please note that no certification card is issued for this session.
