Tech shorts with thigh pockets to wear over a wetsuit or drysuit, from Fourth Element, Scubapro, Apeks and Tecline, in 1mm and 4mm neoprene and lighter fabric. Pockets on the thigh hold a spare mask, wetnotes or an SMB where either hand can reach them, which keeps clutter off the BCD. Fill them from slates and wetnotes.
