What This Course Entails

Your session runs entirely in a heated indoor pool in Fourways, with an instructor guiding you through each skill step by step. There's no eLearning and no theory beforehand, you arrive, get fitted for your gear, and get straight into the water.

You'll start with mask and snorkel basics: fit, seal, and clearing a flooded mask calmly. From there, your instructor will work on fin technique, teaching you to move efficiently using your legs rather than tiring yourself out through poor form. The session finishes with basic surface diving, so you're comfortable ducking under and returning to the surface smoothly.

The whole course runs in a single pool session, no multi-day commitment, no homework. Just proper technique, taught properly, before you take it out into open water.
