The R095 Second Stage uses a classic downstream valve design and is pre-tuned to a fixed inhalation effort, balancing breathing effort against free-flow reduction. It has no adjustable controls and is intended as a simple, low-maintenance regulator. Its hose can be reversed to route from either the right or left side. It is sold separately from a first stage and is suited to divers who want an uncomplicated backup or entry-level second stage.
