Description

A short-sighted diver in a standard mask tends to see the reef as a soft blur and the computer screen as a guess, and this Cressi optical lens builds the correction into the Focus mask itself. It installs in place of the mask's standard lens, runs from -1.0 to -6.0 dioptres in 0.5 steps, and one lens fits either the left or the right side, so each eye can be matched to its own prescription by ordering two strengths. A diver who has given up on contact lenses after losing one in a flooded mask gets correction that stays put, an instructor can read a student's gauge at a glance, and a snorkeller can follow a guide's pointing hand to the animal being shown. The lens is a special-order item: it is ordered in for each customer, and the delivery time is confirmed after the order is placed.
