Description

Handing a child an adult mask and pulling the strap tighter does not make it fit, it just makes the leak slower and the dive less pleasant. The Perla Junior is the Perla scaled properly for a smaller face, which is why it suits women and younger snorkellers rather than only children. The skirt edge adapts to most faces at that size, and the internal volume is small, which makes clearing easy for someone with less lung capacity to spare and makes it genuinely usable for breath-hold diving. Separate twin lenses in an unusual frame shape extend visibility in every direction rather than straight ahead only. The silicone is soft, hypoallergenic and transparent, and quick-release buckles let a parent set the strap at the water's edge. It suits a young snorkeller or a smaller-faced adult who has been fighting an adult mask.
