iSUP Repair Kit

Description

An inflatable board fails in two ways: it gets a hole, or the high pressure valve works loose and lets air past. This kit covers both, supplying patches for the first and the Cressi HP valve key for the second, which is the tool that tightens a valve properly rather than the improvised alternative that damages it. The valve key alone is worth having, because a board losing pressure is far more often a loose valve than a puncture, and the fix takes seconds once the right tool is to hand. Note that the kit is supplied without glue, deliberately, so Cressi's PVC repairing adhesive is needed alongside it for a patch repair; the two are sold separately. It is finished in orange, which is sensible for something that has to be found in a board bag. It suits a Cressi iSUP owner keeping a board repairable on the water.
