Description

Kit put away wet is kit ruined slowly, and the reason it happens is that rinsing means unpacking. A mesh bag inverts the problem: the whole load can be hosed down inside it, and a drain in the reinforced PVC bottom lets the water out. The Roatan is made from high-density polyester mesh at 90 litres, with two ways in, a drawstring at the top and a full-length side zip, so a regulator can be pulled out without emptying everything above it. It carries as a backpack on padded adjustable straps with a chest strap, or by either of two reinforced handles, side and top. A semi-dry front pocket with a zip keeps a few things out of the spray. It is designed in Italy by Cressi and made in China, and carries a two year limited warranty. That answers a shore dive, a boat day and a rinse tank. It suits a diver who wants to rinse a full set without unpacking it.
