Description

Squinting at a computer or missing the detail on a reef takes the pleasure out of a dive, and this Tusa corrective lens puts a prescription straight into a Freedom Ceos mask. The lens is inserted in place of the standard glass, and Tusa lists the same lens for its Geminus, Splendive and Splendive IV masks. It helps a short-sighted diver who wants to read a computer and spot a buddy without contact lenses, a long-sighted diver who needs magnification, and a snorkeller who wants the reef in focus on holiday. The lens is symmetrical, so the same lens fits either the left or the right side of the mask. Tusa makes it in 0.5 dioptre steps from minus 1.0 to minus 8.0 and plus 1.0 to plus 4.5, although not every power is offered in every market. Each lens is sold individually, so a different power can be fitted to each side. It suits a Freedom Ceos owner who needs vision correction underwater.
