Element Apnea Pro Nose Clip

Description

A freediver equalising a mask spends gas on it all the way down, and at depth that is the same gas the ears want. Taking the mask off removes the air space entirely, and this clip is what makes that workable: it seals both nostrils so air can still be pushed into the middle ear by Frenzel or mouthfill while the eyes work behind fluid goggles or behind nothing at all. The result is a deeper dive on the same lung volume. It also frees the hands, since no fingers pinching a nose pocket means the arms stay streamlined through the freefall, and in pool static work it removes the mask strap and the small leaks that come with it. From the Element Apnea line, it is supplied on its own without goggles, in one fit. A scuba diver equalises through the nose pocket of the mask and has no use for it. Any nose clip can work loose on a wet nose bridge, so test it shallow first. It suits a freediver training depth or static.
