26XR HR + Magellan HD Set

Description

Hoses that leave the first stage at the right angle make a cleaner rig, and this set pairs the Mares 26XR HR with the Mares Magellan HD. The HR second stage has Adjustable Breathing Comfort and Vortex Assisted Design, and the compact 26XR first stage connects to a 300 bar DIN valve. That first stage has four radial and one vertical low pressure port with Natural DFC on each, sealed by a TBP Dry Kit and Auto Sealing Technology. The Magellan HD keeps its 180 N of lift behind the diver, splits lead between removable Standard System weight pockets and trim pockets, and comes in black or blue. An octopus is not part of the set, so one must be fitted before diving. That covers cold quarry and ocean dives, a drysuit diver who wants flat trim, and deep dives where breathing effort counts. It suits a diver who wants back-inflation trim and a regulator for cold, deep water.
