HUD Mount for Zoom Mask

Description

This mount replaces the Zoom frame's centre piece rather than clamping around it, and that distinction is the reason it works: substituting the part fixes the display at exactly the distance and angle the near-eye optics were built around, where a clamp would leave it approximate. Reading depth and time without lifting a wrist frees both hands for a camera rig, a reel or an SMB spool, and on a long surface swim towing a float it means no longer breaking trim to check a gauge. The kit arrives in two parts, the holder and a security clip that locks it onto the bridge, and both fit by hand in a couple of minutes without tools. It is a mount only, with no optics, electronics or battery of its own, and while it is fitted the original centre piece should be kept for the day the mask goes back to standard. It suits a Zoom owner fitting a Galileo HUD.
