Description

Near-eye optics only resolve when the display sits at a fixed distance and angle from the eye, which is why a head-up computer cannot simply be strapped on anywhere. This bracket fixes a Galileo HUD to a mask that has no built-in adapter, and the ball joint is what sets that angle. Set once on a mask that already fits the face, it holds the screen in the same place across a season, and a second holder on a spare mask is a cheap way to carry a backup. It also means one HUD moves between masks instead of being tied to a single one. The kit is a mount holder, a small plastic ball and two cable ties, fitted without tools, and it is listed for SCUBAPRO dual-lens masks including the Flux Twin, Scout, Spectra and Synergy Twin. The Frameless HUD and D-Mask have the mount built in and need none. It suits a diver fitting a HUD to a mask that lacks an adapter.
