Description
On a backplate harness the chest D-rings take a regulator clip, a stage cylinder and a light, and a bent D-ring stands off the strap so a bolt snap clips on without fumbling. The Mares XR bent D-rings are precision made from AISI 316 stainless steel and built to last. Their curve suits mounting on the shoulder straps of a harness at chest height. When fitted to a waist belt they need to be paired with a smooth or toothed triglide to stop them sliding, which Mares supply separately. They fit all standard webbing harnesses. A pack of ten covers a full harness rebuild or a sidemount conversion. They suit a technical or backplate diver who sets up and maintains a webbing harness.
