Safety Set 3.3 with Hybrid SMB and Spool

Description

A marker and a spool help only when they are on the harness, and one bright pocket keeps both packed together for every dive. The OMS Safety Set 3.3 combines a 1 m hybrid SMB, a 23 m (75 ft) finger spool with a stainless steel BigGrip double ender, and the OMS Safety Pocket that carries them. The SMB fills three ways: from an octopus through the one-way duck valve in its base, from a low-pressure hose on the no-lock inflator, or by mouth, and an over-pressure valve with a pull cord vents it. Around 3 kg of lift suits calm tropical water and the gentle swell of a reef drift. The plastic-coated mesh pocket drains fast, threads onto any 2 inch webbing and closes with a marine-grade zip that stays shut in rough water. Eight pocket colours make one diver easy to tell from a buddy. It suits a newly qualified or travelling diver building a first safety kit.
