Description

Carrying a buoy and a reel as separate items means two things to clip, two things to tangle and one more job to manage when a current is pulling. The Mares All In One combines them: an orange PVC marker buoy with an integrated pocket containing a reel, so the kit comes out as one piece and deploys easily underwater even in a current. The buoy carries reflective Diver Below lettering and a 5 cm reflective solar band, and its bright orange colour makes it easy to see from a distance. It is light and comes with a stainless steel snap hook for clipping to a D-ring. It works for a drift dive on the Aliwal Shoal where the boat follows the buoy, a shore dive near a boat channel, and a snorkel over a busy bay. It suits a recreational diver who wants a simple, all-in-one surface marker.
