Reaction and Frog Plus Fin Buckles

Description

The buckle is the one component on a fin that is both plastic and load bearing, which makes it the part that fails first and the part worth holding a spare of. This listing supplies a pair of replacement buckles for the Cressi Reaction and Frog Plus, returning a sound pair of fins to service rather than retiring them over a component. Replacing both at once is the sensible course, since buckles fail from age as much as from impact and the second is usually close behind the first. Keeping a set in the save-a-dive kit costs very little and covers a failure that always happens at the water's edge rather than at home. They are supplied in black. Cressi publish no material specification for this part, so nothing further is claimed here. That answers a snapped buckle, a lost one and a spare set. It suits a Reaction or Frog Plus owner.
