Description

Paint that cannot flex cracks off a wetsuit cuff or a fin blade inside a season. This dries as a raised, flexible bead rather than a flat film, which is what lets it stay on kit that bends, survive the abrasion a fin takes in a rack, and be read by feel as well as by eye. It bonds to neoprene, metal, BCD fabric, rubber and most plastics, which covers nearly everything in a kit bag, and the nozzle on the 1 fluid ounce bottle is fine enough to write initials rather than only make a dot. The formula is non-toxic. On a boat with eight identical black fins and six identical masks, a marked set is the one that does not go home with somebody else. Eight colours are stocked. Mark on a clean, dry surface and let it cure fully before the gear goes back in the water. Worth doing a mask, both fins, a snorkel and a torch. It suits a diver or a centre marking kit.
