Description

Every degree the fin slides sideways is power thrown away, and the wider the blade the more of it there is to lose. These small vertical fins bolt into the moulded mounting points on GO Sport and Seawing Supernova blades and stop that happening, so the fin tracks straight on a frog kick instead of walking sideways at the end of the glide. A set contains four, two per fin, which is what a pair takes. Ten colours are stocked, and rental operations use skeg colour to code fin sizes so the right pair comes off the rack without anyone reading a label. Only blades carrying the moulded mounting points will take them, which rules out the original GO fin and the Seawing Nova. A GO Sport bought new already ships with a set matched to its grip pad, making this a spare or a colour change. Skegs add a little drag on a straight flutter, which is the trade for the tracking. It suits a frog-kicking diver on a wide blade.
