WETNOTES - UNDERWATER NOTEBOOK
The SCUBAPRO Wetnotes is a pocket-sized underwater notebook rather than a single slate. It is a 1000 denier nylon folder holding 30 plastic pages, which is enough to write on a dive and keep the notes rather than wiping them.
That is the difference from a slate. A slate holds one message; Wetnotes holds a dive plan, a gas plan, a survey sketch and the notes from the last three dives. Two clear pockets take tables, a dedicated pencil is included, an elastic band keeps it closed and a further band attaches it to a rig. It fits a BCD or drysuit pocket.
