Description

Where the water turns cold, heat goes from the chest and back first, and the Dual puts two layers of 5mm neoprene exactly there. It is a zipped long john worn under a jacket with an integrated hood, so the core sits under 10mm while the arms and legs keep the movement of a single 5mm layer. On a winter boat dive off the Western Cape the hood and doubled torso extend a dive that a one-piece suit would cut short. On a warmer day the jacket stays in the bag and the long john goes on alone. Glideskin seals at the wrists and ankles slow flushing, the knees are armoured against rock and boat decks, and grip zones on the wrists keep a computer in place. Three colourways are offered, and the black and grey version adds an adjustable beaver tail closure on the jacket. It suits a diver who wants the warmth of a two-piece in temperate water.
