The OrcaTorch D560 is a mini torch that punches well above its size, just 9cm long yet capable of 630 lumens, small enough to hang off a mask clip or a BCD without adding real bulk to your kit.

The beam is engineered with a dual angle: a wide 60-degree spread for general visibility, with a penetrating 15-degree centre that cuts through for detail work. That combination comes from an alloy aluminium reflector with proper optical design behind it, not just a generic LED bounced off a bowl. The CREE XM-L2 (U4) LED driving it carries a rated 50,000-hour lifespan, so this isn't a light you'll be replacing bulbs on.

Power flexibility is where the D560 earns its keep as a backup: a single 14500 Li-ion battery delivers the full 630 lumens for around an hour, while a standard AA alkaline drops output to 180 lumens but stretches runtime to 85 minutes. The mechanically operated head rotary switch is the same reliable design running through OrcaTorch's range, twist to activate, no button contacts to fail underwater.
