Description

Nineteen size and length combinations exist because a stirrup that lands under the arch does its job and one that misses pulls the whole waistband down. Beyond fit, the design decision worth knowing is where the insulation stops: the lower leg runs single-layered, because bulk at the ankle is exactly what makes a drysuit a fight to pull on. Higher up, two bonded layers do the work, a tough outer face over a brushed inner. Foot loops hold the legs down while the suit goes over them, a high waistband with a drawcord keeps separation from the top to a minimum, and one leg carries a zipped thigh pocket. Tuck the Arctic top into that waistband before the drysuit goes on, the step most divers skip and regret at forty minutes. Sizing spans 2X Small to 3X Large with Short lengths, all black. It suits a woman building an Arctic drysuit undersuit.
