MK25 EVO/S620Ti

Description

The S620Ti fits the large diaphragm of the S600 inside a smaller, lighter case, and lowered work of breathing against the regulator it derives from while doing it. Less weight hanging off the mouthpiece tells across an hour underwater, and the flow-engineered exhaust tee sends bubbles wide of the mask, which is worth having behind a camera. It passes 1850 litres per minute at 200 bar, and its barrel is titanium, so the part sitting in salt water between dives does not corrode, in a reinforced technopolymer case and front cover. Beneath it the MK25 EVO is an air-balanced flow-through piston in chrome-plated marine-grade brass with XTIS insulation and external thermal fins, five low pressure ports on a swivel turret, two high pressure ports and externally adjustable intermediate pressure. The system took the 2017 Scubalab Tester's Choice award. It suits a travelling diver who still wants S600 breathing.
