Neoprene Double Light Hood

Description

Two lights on a hood is a technical diving arrangement rather than a recreational one, and the reason is redundancy: a primary and a backup both mounted where the head points, so a failure means switching rather than groping for a torch. This hood carries two holsters for exactly that. Mounting on the head rather than the hand leaves both hands free for a reel, a line or a valve, which is the other half of the argument, and it puts the light where the eyes are already looking. Neoprene grips the lights without hard fastenings and takes knocks that a rigid mount would pass straight to the torch. The single-holster version covers divers carrying one light. That answers a cave dive, a wreck penetration and any dive run with a redundant light. It suits a technical diver carrying two head-mounted lights.
