WFA107 Hot Shoe GoPro Adapter

Description

Recording a wide clip on an action camera while the main camera shoots stills is easy to plan and awkward to mount. The WFA107 slides into the accessory shoe on top of a camera housing and carries a GoPro-style three-prong mount above it, so a GoPro or DJI Osmo Action rides on the housing itself. A locking ring on the shoe foot tightens it in place, and the body is anodised aluminium for salt water. On a photo dive it records wide or behind-the-scenes video while the main camera works macro, on a reef trip it adds a second angle without a separate tray arm, and on a boat day it gives surface footage from the same rig. Its compact profile keeps drag down on top of the housing. The action camera and its housing are sold separately. It suits a photographer who wants video running alongside stills.
