Open Water Diver
Start your journey. The ocean is waiting.
There is a moment every diver remembers: the first breath underwater. Slow, steady, completely surreal. The surface world fades, and for the first time, you're not looking in from above. You're part of it.
The PADI Open Water Diver course is where that shift happens. It's the most widely recognised scuba diving certification in the world, and your ticket to the roughly seventy percent of the planet most people never actually see. If the ocean has ever pulled at your curiosity, this is how you answer it.
Over the course, you'll learn to move through the water without fighting it, manage your own buoyancy, and handle your gear with the kind of ease that only comes from proper training. All scuba equipment is included for the duration of the course, so there's nothing to source or hire beforehand, you simply turn up and train. None of it requires prior experience. It just requires showing up.
What You Can Do With This Certification
Once certified, you're qualified to dive independently with a buddy to a maximum depth of 18 metres, anywhere in the world. That means joining guided reef dives on holiday, exploring wrecks, or working toward specialty and advanced certifications when you're ready for more.
You'll also be part of a diving community that spans the globe, from tropical reefs to cold-water kelp forests to inland lakes closer to home. The certification carries no expiry date and is recognised by dive operators internationally. For some, this is the end goal. For others, it's the first step toward something bigger, be that a specialty course, a Divemaster ticket, or simply a lot more time spent underwater.
Ready to get started? The Red Sea, that wreck you've always wanted to see, that reef your friends won't stop talking about, it's all waiting on the other side of this course. Book your spot below, or get in touch with our team if you'd like to chat through it first.
