Description

Water running down inside a wetsuit leg and into a boot is a steady drain on warmth that no amount of extra neoprene on the body fixes. The Sarago closes that path: smooth skin neoprene at the ankle grips the leg of the wetsuit directly, so the two surfaces adhere and the flow of water between them is cut. The rest is soft, highly elastic nylon-lined neoprene, chosen to prevent heat loss and keep the feet warm, with a fully non-slip sole for walking to the water. Blind stitch seam construction improves comfort as well as appearance, which matters because a proud seam under the arch is what raises a blister on a long swim. They suit fins with a strap or a foot pocket, so one sock covers both fin types. Five sizes run from S (EU 38/39) to 2XL (EU 46/47), 3 mm, in black. It suits a diver losing warmth at the ankle.
