Description

Worn under a wetsuit this adds the thermal equivalent of another 2mm of neoprene across the core, and it does so while staying neutrally buoyant, which is what separates it from simply buying a thicker suit: warmth with no weight penalty on the belt. It also blunts the sensation of water coming in through the back zip, which is the moment most divers feel the cold rather than the point at which they actually lose the most heat. The cut is sleeveless so the arms keep full range of movement under a BCD, from the bonded Thermocline laminate made with ECONYL recycled nylon, with a contrasting grey shoulder yoke and a body long enough to stay tucked. It is machine washable and dries fast enough to be worn again the same day. Six sizes run Small to 3X Large. Paired with Thermocline shorts it doubles as a summer paddling layer away from diving altogether. It suits a wetsuit diver adding warmth without lead.
