Technical gear is chosen for redundancy rather than convenience: a plate you can rebuild on a boat, wings sized to the cylinders you dive, and enough spool and marker to run a deco stop in open water. Most of what follows also works on a single tank, which is why you will find the same masks and fins in the Scuba Store. Nothing here replaces training, and everything here assumes you have it.
