Description

Carrying a computer, a gauge and a compass as three separate items means three clips, three things to stow and three separate glances during an ascent. This console gathers all three into one housing: the Donatello computer, a mini manometer and a compass, read together in a single movement. That matters most on a navigation dive, where heading and depth have to be held at the same time, and on an ascent, where gas and stop time are checked against each other rather than in sequence. The Donatello itself is a four-mode computer covering Air, Nitrox, Gauge and Free with single-button navigation, so the console gains a full dive computer rather than a simple timer. It is calibrated in bar and finished in black. That answers a training rig, a navigation dive and a diver consolidating loose instruments. It suits a diver who wants computer, gas and heading in one console.
