Description

A rigid arm system aims in steps. Loosen the clamp, move the segment, retighten, look through the port, repeat, and hope the clamp holds against the drag of a swimming diver. A flexible arm removes all of that: it bends anywhere along its length and stays exactly where it was left, so a light is aimed with one hand in the second it takes to move it. Seven inches is the short option, enough to push a light out past the port and off the lens axis to kill backscatter without adding much bulk to the rig or much drag to swim against. A nine inch version covers photographers who need more reach for wide-angle work. It closes on standard fittings at each end.
