AC5 + Zen Regulator

Description

Regulators in a rental fleet die of poor rinsing more often than of hard use, because salt dries inside a first stage nobody has time to flush properly. The AC5 is built with large hydrostatic openings specifically so a post-dive rinse actually reaches where it needs to, which is the single cheapest way to extend the working life of a piston first stage. It is an unbalanced piston rated for water above 10 degrees, chosen for ease of maintenance rather than for a specification sheet, and it carries Cressi's external IP adjustment so a service centre can correct intermediate pressure with the regulator still on a cylinder. Paired here with the Zen second stage. That combination is why it turns up as a workhorse in centres rather than in catalogues. It suits a dive centre or a diver who values easy servicing and thorough rinsing.
