AL1300RAFO 1300 Lumen Auto Flash Off with Red LED

Description

A focus light left burning while a still is taken contaminates the exposure, casting its own colour into a frame the strobes were meant to light. Auto flash off removes the problem: the light senses the strobe firing and drops out for the instant of the shot, then comes straight back, so nothing has to be switched by hand between frames. The same torch carries a red LED, which is the mode for approaching animals that scatter under white light and for holding dark adaptation on a night dive. The main beam is 1300 lumens across fifty five degrees, running two hours at full power and twenty at the lowest of four levels. The housing is anodised aluminium alloy, 42.4 by 128.3 millimetres, 242 grams with the battery, tested to one hundred metres. A one inch ball mount is included. It suits a photographer shooting stills with strobes.
