Tri Colour on this head means two colour temperatures out of one unit rather than three settings on one emitter: cool white for penetration and contrast, warm white for skin tones and reef colour that need less correction afterwards, across a one hundred and twenty degree beam wide enough to fill a rectilinear video frame corner to corner. That covers most of what a videographer would otherwise carry two lights to do.
