Description

Most first computers stop at 40 percent oxygen. This one goes to 100, which is an unusual amount of gas range on an entry-level unit, and it comes in a case small enough to wear as a watch on the flight home rather than something that lives in a gear box between trips. The algorithm is ZH-L16 on a single gas, shown on a high-resolution matrix screen with large digits, driven by four buttons and a plain text menu. Scuba, Gauge and Apnea cover the dive modes, and a Sport mode adds a stroke counter and stopwatch for pool work. Rated depth is 120 metres. PDIS works an intermediate stop out of nitrogen loading across this dive and the ones before it, while Microbubble levels set how conservative the algorithm runs. Log memory holds roughly 50 hours. Bluetooth Low Energy moves dives to iOS, Android, PC or Mac, and firmware updates are done by the diver. It suits a newly certified diver wanting one instrument for diving and daily wear.
