DSX with O2 Analyzer

Description

Setting gas mixes by hand from an analyser reading written on a slate is where technical dive planning most often goes wrong. The DSX closes that gap with an integrated analysis module, so a measured mix is set directly into the unit rather than transcribed. It manages up to six gases and runs sidemount and closed circuit rebreather modes alongside open circuit. On a cave dive the GPS marks a surface position or navigates back to the entry point. On a sidemount dive vibration alarms prompt a cylinder switch without a glance at the screen. With an Apeks wireless transmitter on each first stage it shows every cylinder pressure on the wrist, so there is no console to read. On a night dive an ambient light sensor drops the screen brightness to preserve battery. Charging is by induction mat or cable, and Bluetooth 5.0 handles logging and firmware updates. It suits a technical diver who wants the analysis, navigation and gas management in one instrument.
