VX1 AND RK3 DIVE SET - BLACK

Description

A frameless mask folds flat enough to live in a drysuit pocket, which is why experienced divers carry a VX1 as a spare even when they dive something else. This set pairs it with standard RK3 fins in black. The frameless build gives low internal volume, so a flood clears on one short breath rather than two. The RK3 is the lighter of the two RK3 compounds, which suits a wetsuit diver rather than a drysuit one. On a deep dive the low volume matters most, because clearing at depth costs gas. On a travel trip the pair packs small. On a shore dive the short vented blade handles kelp and surge without catching. It suits a diver who wants a low volume primary or a serious backup mask, and the fin runs small through extra large.
