VX1 UV AND RK3 HD DIVE SET - ORANGE

Description

This is the brightest set Apeks put together: an orange skirted VX1 with the mirrored UV lens, matched to orange RK3 HD fins. The UV coating cuts glare over sand and reef where a clear lens washes out, and the orange makes the diver easy to follow. The mask is frameless, so internal volume stays low and clearing costs one breath. The RK3 HD compound is denser and negatively buoyant, which suits a drysuit and corrects floating feet. On a shallow tropical dive the lens does the work. On a drysuit dive the fin does. On a busy boat neither piece gets picked up by anyone else. It suits a diver who wants bright water performance and unmistakable kit, and the fin runs small through extra large.
