VX2 AND RK3 HD DIVE SET - GREY

Description

Dark grey kit is the compromise between black that vanishes in a bag and orange that shouts, and this set pairs the VX2 in that finish with RK3 HD fins to match. The VX2 carries a stainless steel outer frame over a carbon fibre inner frame, so it takes the handling that cracks a moulded frame. The RK3 HD is moulded in a denser compound than the standard RK3, which makes it stiffer and negatively buoyant. On a drysuit dive the heavier blade holds the feet down instead of floating them up behind the diver. On a wreck penetration the short vented blade backs up and turns on the spot. On a boat with a crate of black kit the grey is still findable without being loud. It suits a technical or drysuit diver buying mask and fins together, and the fin runs small through extra large.
