Aqua Sphere Swim Kickboard

Description

A weak kick lets the hips sink, and once the hips drop every arm stroke has to drag extra body through the water. The Aquasphere Kickboard deals with that by holding the arms still out in front, so a kick set works the legs and lower body with nothing else to fall back on. It is made from high density EVA foam that gives enough buoyancy and support for the upper body, with a textured surface to protect against scratches and a durable build that will not waterlog. That serves a squad kick set in a club session, an adult learner practising breathing while kicking, and a triathlete strengthening the legs before the open water season. The board is printed as a swimming aid only, not a life saving device, to be used under adult supervision, and it is a training tool rather than flotation. Navy blue on one face, bright yellow on the other. It suits a swimmer at any level working on a stronger kick; the Aquasphere Pull Buoy covers the opposite half of the stroke.
